Duxford and The Eagle
The next time your in Cambridge, you need to do two things. First, visit The Eagle for a pint and hang out in the RAF Bar. In the bar you will find hundreds of signatures and graffiti burned in the ceiling by candles. It was a popular hang out for American and British aviators flying combat missions from Duxford during WW II. You may
even see some graffiti from fighter pilots like Robin Olds. Speaking of Duxford, that's the second thing you need to do while you’re in Cambridge. Duxford is home to some amazing war birds and has a flying museum that is a must see for any fighter pilot. You never know what will happen in Cambridge, I was just there last week with a buddy and we may have solved the secrets behind DNA after our third or tenth pint. As it turns out, someone else already did that in The Eagle. I hate being late to the fight! Here's a video from the Horsemen on Duxford. Cheers.
