Ironmen Farewell

Posted by aaron on April 1, 2010

Two major farewells occur at Langley AFB, Virginia in mid-June.  The last F-15 squadron at Langley, the 71st Fighter Squadron Ironmen, is closing and, with that, the F-15 Eagle will also end it's stay at the base.  The 71st plans a week of festivities celebrating the Ironmen and the F-15 history.  Eagle drivers and maintainers alike are welcome to take part in the activities 14-20 June 2010.  For more information about what's planned you can check out the Ironmen farewell website or contact Blade 719-439-5108 or
