There Is A Way
Had this forwarded to me from Budman. You will notice a very young Lt named Raz in the film (our latest FU Hero). Listen to the warriors in this film to include the airmen and old craniums from WW 2 still on the pointy end. Then there's Roscoe the Dog. From the stories I've been told, if Roscoe was sleeping during the brief it would be a milk run, if he was alert it was going to be a hell of a day. It would be an understatement to say these American Patriots had a set of big brass balls.

THE FIRST WORDS I EVER SPOKE TO RAZ....WHEN WE ARRIVED ON THE SAME CLONG AT KORAT IN JUL 72..".YOU WERE IN THAT MOVIE"....WHICH I SAW IN COMMANDER'S CALL DURING RTU AT GEORGE AFB....STUDIED AT HIS FEET THE WHOLE YEARS...A GREAT PLACE FOR A GREEN LT DURING LINEBACKER I/II
If you get this, please email me at okie757@gmail.com
I flew with Raz in the 435th at HAFB. He and I were chosen to fly with 12th AF when they came to "help" us.
Do you know why a guy with Ed's credentials was passed over for L/C? He never whined about it, but after that flight he quipped that they chose two "passed-over" guys to show the squadron's best.
I regret I never saw Ed after that assignment. If you know Carol, would you please give her my regards?
Thanks. Check six. Okie
