Even in the dark days of World War II the flight debrief was a staple of any fighter pilot's after mission activities. This was the time when RAF fighter pilots discussed lessons learned from the latest sorties.  Debriefs were critical in developing new tactics. The following video will show how these RAF fighter pilots used the flight debrief for just that purpose and why it’s still important today.
